No matter what you face in life, there is a scriptural verse that is relevant to that situation. I am constantly amazed at how God directs us, not only in the big issues of life but in every circumstance. From family matters, to career, spiritual, emotional, and even psychological, God has directions for us in His Word.
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. -John 16:13
When in need of direction and clarity, when faced with situations we are unsure of, or when life is meaningless [without form], and void, God invites us to come to him and he will lead and guide us in the path to go.
Anchor Scriptures:
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. – Genesis 1:2-3
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: -John 10:27
Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. -Exodus 23:20
Prayer:
Father, in the name of Jesus, I ask that your Spirit move over my life; I command every darkness to be dispelled from my life. I speak to my life and any situation in the dark in my life right now: “Let there be light!” in Jesus’ name. I speak the glory light of God over my life, my marriage, my family, my career, my mind, my spirit, my soul and all of my circumstances, in the name of Jesus.
I command anything in the dark in my life to begin to receive the light of God, in Jesus’ name. I hear the voice of God, and I know it. I have clarity on what to do, in the name of Jesus. I receive solutions to any problem I am faced with. I receive insight and direction. Thank you Lord that your angel goes before me, and keeps me in the way; your angel brings me to the place you have prepared for me. All confusion disappears and I get clear guidance, in Jesus’ name.
Declaration of Faith:
*And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left. -Isaiah 30:21
Father I thank you for your angel goes before me. I receive direction, I know the right way, and I walk in it. I turn not to the right or to the left. I am obedient and trust you, Lord. In Jesus’ name I pray.
*Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. -Proverbs 3:5, 6
Lord, I trust you and hand this situation over to you. I receive your leading, and come against every form of confusion. Thank you for directing my paths to take the right decisions for my situation, in Jesus’ name.
Action Tips:
> Get alone with God, and spend time in the word of God, expecting him to speak specifically to you on the issue at hand.
> Jot down whatever he lays in your heart, and confirm with scriptures.
> Don’t rush. Wait for more confirmation from the Lord – “…In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.” 2 Corinthians 13:1
